This is the first colour test for my Roman/ Remans. The armour and gilding is painted grey/ yellow with only the highlighting done in metallics. The reason that is is because I felt that with the large solid mass of armour would be a bit boring.
The downside is that the waterslide transfer is quite hard to put on the shield well, as its quite big and overlaps the edges. The camera has picked up the shine badley, I am going to have tp get some Micro Sol to do the army with.Also the light was crap.
Still, pleased with the starting result.
